The journey of Yoursandeepbhaiya began with a story of struggle, self-discovery, and a deep desire to guide others toward success.
Our founder and mentor, Nikhil Sir, once walked the same path you’re on today — preparing for the Civil Services Examination. Like many aspirants, he faced the challenges of misguidance, scattered resources, and a lack of a proper plan. A crucial year was lost early in his journey, not due to lack of hard work, but due to the absence of the right mentorship.
But through perseverance, trial and error, and deep self-reflection, Nikhil Sir turned his failures into powerful lessons. These very lessons became the foundation of the structured, practical, and empathetic mentorship model he now offers.
During this journey, he crossed paths with equally driven individuals like IAS Abhijeet Pathare Sir and ARTO Laxman Zore Sir — aspirants from modest backgrounds with no bureaucratic legacy or financial cushion, yet armed with strong determination.
Together, they inspired each other, studied tirelessly, and even appeared for the UPSC Interview 2020.
The name Yoursandeepbhaiya is a heartfelt tribute to the iconic 'Sandeep Bhaiya' from the TVF series Aspirants — a character who selflessly mentors others, often putting their dreams ahead of his own. His story mirrors the essence of our initiative: mentoring with purpose, honesty, and relentless dedication.
At Yoursandeepbhaiya, we don’t just guide aspirants — we walk the journey with them, with personalized planning, weekly strategies, tests, discussions, and consistent accountability. Because we believe that with the right mentor, every aspirant can reach their destination — not alone, but together.
